| Bio:Changbin (Brad) Yu was born in Shandong, China. He received the B.Eng degree with first class honors in computer engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2004, and a PhD in Engineering from the Australian National University (ANU) in 2008 under the supervision of Prof. Brian Anderson. He is now a Research Fellow/APD at Department of Information Engineering, the Australian National University, adjunct at Canberra Research Laboratory, NICTA Ltd. and School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University.
He was a recipient of an 2008 ARC Australian Postdoctoral Fellowship, a 2006 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Students Abroad, an 2005 Australian Government's Endeavour Asia Award and an undergraduate scholarship from the Republic of Singapore.
